Before you write — quick answers
How fast is delivery?
License keys and download links are emailed within minutes of checkout. If nothing has arrived in 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then message us on WhatsApp.
My key will not activate
Send us the order number and the exact error message. Every purchase is covered by our Activation Guarantee, so we will replace the key at no cost.
Which edition do I need?
Tell us your industry, how many users, and whether you need inventory or payroll. We will point you to the right edition — or tell you if you do not need an upgrade at all.
Is reselling these licenses legal?
Yes. Our model rests on the first-sale doctrine. The full explanation is on How Our Licensing Works.
